This knife is amazing. Razor sharp out of the box. I use it for all tasks in the kitchen including meat prep and carving. it is a perfect size for vegetable and potato prep. HoK shipped very fast. I will be purchasing other knives from them in the future. I highly recommend this knife.

House of Knives Reusable Bag Blue (RB-BLUE)
It will work as a re-usable bag...but no better or worse than any of the other myriad of bags that we have. I still prefer a plastic bag...that we re-use at least once as a garbage bag!

Black Tusk Bomber Orange Plain Edge (BMBR-OR)
This has become my EDC work knife for working outside. It's comfortable in the hand, and although at first I thought it was a little large for a folder, I've grown to love it. The D2 steel stays sharp, and it doesn't take more than a strop here and there to keep a good working edge. I wish Black Tusk would make a fixed blade in the exact same shape and profile though.

Miyabi Hibana 800DP 9.5" Kiritsuke (54481-241)
Received it with a defective/cracked tip. Overall the knife is not an elegant and smooth design. Heavy, dead feeling blade good for decoration not a working knife handle has a bad design.
