Global Ukon 5.5" Vegetable Knife (GUM-10)
This is my 4th Global knife, and like the others it is razor sharp right out of the box. These knives are made of high quality steel, and if you know what you're doing it's easy to bring back the razor sharp edge with a quality sharpener.
