Cold Steel Recon 1 Spear Point Plain Edge (CS-27BS)
Amazing folding knife, very well designed classic spear point folder, superior materials, best safest knife locking mechanism, lightweight and portable, came razor sharp (careful), initial stiffness subsides after one week of regular manipulation, do it all design grows on you, a reassuring and discreet helpful companion.
My favorite among my three Cold Steel, all with Triad Lock. Thanks House of Knives!

It works well, a little hard to put back into the little bag that is attached. However that is not a huge problem.

Really happy with the chefâs knife I purchased as a Christmas please thank for my boyfriend and I entend to Oder more of the set. We donât however ding much use for the reusable bag that was included. I think a sleeve for the knife would be more useful..

Victorinox Fibrox 8" Fillet Knife (40711-5.3703.20)
I never do online shopping, so it was a new experience for me. I wanted a Canadian company for the gift and not Amazon. The process was smooth and it was a decent online shopping experience. You gave clear directions that I was able to follow. I liked the information on delivery dates which was very helpful. Thank you for a good online shopping experience.
