Wusthof Pro 8" Fillet Knife (4856/20)
Beautiful knife. Sharp and the handle is perfect. Good shape and surface for a great grip. A bit on the stiff side but manages to take the skin off a mango in one pass and the stiffness gets you close to the bone on fowl deboning. Great knife for a great price

Global G Series 3" Paring Knife (GSF-46)
My wife and I have been using Global knives our entire lives. Through the culinary world and our personal experiences. We have given them to friends and family. Never a disappointment, just a definitive impression that will last to uphold what quality stands for but in a simple and minimalist build and design. If you want a reliable and dependable tool in your kitchen and to build a relationship through something that was built from absolute quality then don't hesitate.

Leatherman Leap Green with Nylon Case (BU0012)
This may be meant for kids, but it is a full on proper multi tool. Had it delivered to a store and it arrived much sooner than expected.

Kershaw Identity (1995)
My 3rd Kershaw. First that came with a blade that said China on it. The quality of steel is way down. The edge is folding, dimpling. Good knife, mediocre blade. Heavy. Thin, fits in the pocket nicely, but will likely be looking for a new knife again soon. Not against anything made over seas, but will be looking for a North American made.

The knife cuts quite well but something about the handle shape and blade weight I find somewhat uncomfortable to work with
