Wusthof 2pc Steak Knife Set - Black (422867)
Works well, not a utility knife, light weight with a small handle is not great for my arthritis hands. However, it works well as a steak knife for company.

Spyderco Pacific Salt Plain-Edge Black (C91PBK)
Arrived quickly. Well balanced knife with a solid mechanism. Comfortable grip and appears to have quality steel although time will tell. Bought this knife for use on my sailboat as the steel is supposed to be more rust resistant than standard VG10. Sharp out of the box but haven't used it enough yet to determine edge retention characteristics.

seems like a pretty decent knife, for the flash sale price. I've used it at work and it seems to hold its edge pretty well, and is quick to touch up. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase
