Spyderco Pacific Salt Plain-Edge Black (C91PBK)
What I like most about this knife is the size of the blade. It is the largest pocket knife I own and it is very light weight for its size. Opens easily and locks with one hand but I like assisted opening knives better. Handle is comfortable and thin. Sharp rust proof knife very nice.

Shun Classic Santoku Knife 5.5" (DM0727)
The Shun Classic 5.5 Santoku is a beautiful knife. It is well balanced and perfect for small hands like my daughter's. The sharp blade makes cutting easy and accurate which means less effort, which also means safer. We're really pleased with this Santoku.

An amazing knife. Extremely sharp, I love the dimples on the blade that look hammered. Overall a pleasure to use.
