This is the favourite knife of everyone in our family. We have one at our home, one at our vacation home and just purchased another as a wedding gift for a good friend. Could not be without it - and we have LOTS of beautiful knives

Wusthof Classic Ikon 8" Chef Knife (1040330120;4596-7/20)
I wanted a Chef's Knife that I could count on and, after checking multiple reviews, this Wusthof knife was one of the highest rated chef knives. So I went online and priced them at various websites and found that House of Knives had the best prices. I've had it for 2 weeks now and am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. I will keep adding other Wusthof knives until my set is complete. Quick delivery too.

Good electric sharpener - can use three levels of sharpening, and even sharpens serrated blades.

Shun Kanso 9" Combination Honing Steel (SWT0790)
This was ordered on line and picked up at the store. The sharpener is nice, but the condition was not perfect . It had some nicks and was not in a new box, opened and bashed. The sharpener is good.

Sharp, beautiful and a surprisingly comfortable grip. The balance is perfect too, with a nicely weighted handle.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels Four Star II 8" Chef Knife (30071-201)
I bought this knife for my wife's birthday, and she loves it. Because we live in a remote area, I decided to try ordering online and was pleased with the result. The service was quick and easy and the knife is beautiful. In the future, I will not hesitate to order again, online. Thank you.

EdgeLogix 3 Stage Pull Through Sharpener (Black) (169-3-Blk)
Seems to work fine but doesn't put an edge like ceramic rods or lansky sharpeners

I like how clean it looks. I've only had it for a few days but it feels great on my hand. Still sharp after sharpening a wooden rod. Razor sharp.
