Global GSF 4.5" Paring Knife (71GSF49)
Works great. Having many global knives before we knew we could not go wrong. The thin handle was an unexpected and so it is not a beefy knife in your hand.

Kershaw Kuro - Partial Serration (1835TBLKST)
I really like this knife. I like the smaller pocket clip it works very well for me and the speed safe assisted opening works great. It is a medium sized knife the handle just fits my hand. A nice knife for everyday carrying. Very happy with it.

Shun Blue 6" Utility Knife (VG0010)
It's pretty, but seems fragile. Already scratched up just from it's packaging. The sheath surface has begun to erode already. I hope I don't wind up regretting the purchase.

Shun Dual Core 8" Kiritsuke Knife (VG0017)
This is the sixth Shun I have purchased, each one is awesome but the Dual Core really stands out. Not only is it a price of art it's balance and feel is perfect. Smooth, clean and cuts through proteins and vegetables. The tip makes easy work of fine dices and precision cuts. Love it.

Shun Classic 8" Chef's Knife (DM0706)
Great knife, attractive finish, gave it as a gift to my dad. As a chef for 20+ years, I’ll still buy myself 3 victoriaknox stamped knives for the price.
