SOG Flash AT Blackout (11-18-01-57)
I usually don't write reviews but this one gets one. If you want a tool you can throw at rocks, split wood, carve, carry and have the blade and mechanisms hold up. Buy this one. If you have arthritis and need some assistance with opening this tool, buy this one - it is assisted.
Want to look cool? Buy this one.

QSP Beetle Satin 14C28N G10 Black (QS162-A)
I love how the knife is symmetrical, you can hold the grip any direction in either hand with comfort, symmetrical handles in folding knives are underrated.

Kizer Militaw Black Blade G10/Micarta (V3634A1)
This was my first Keizer and even for an entry level knife I’m impressed. Great built quality and design. I’ll be buying a Ti militaw for sure!

This is the second penguin I have purchased. I liked it so much I got one for my buddy’s birthday. It’s a great daily tool to carry around for everyday needs. Just buy it.

Kershaw Camshaft (1370)
The knife is very cheap everything about it is cheap.. It doesn't have a thumb knob so you can only open it with your index finger. You get what you pay for I guess.

Hey John, not sure if youve done so yet but as long its unused and still have the box you can definitely return it. You can stop by the store in Kamloops or pop us an email to start the return
thanks!

As is par for the course for Kizer, their quality and fit and finish is beyond reproach. This is my 3rd Militaw and I cant get over how good they are!

Spyderco Reveal 16 Sage 5 Lightweight Salt (C123PYL)
Best action of any Syderco I’ve ever handled - just blown away with the performance! If you’re on the fence, buy one - even though it’s lightweight, it’s metal liners really helped the feel.

Lightweight can get a bad rap but youre right, the liners make a huge difference!

Black Tusk Chisel Throwing Knife 7" 3pc (8000-01)
One of the 3 knives broke in half on first use. The chisel tip, while really cool looking, proved a lot more difficult to stick in the target than conventional knives.

Victorinox Evoke Alox Blue-Red (0.9415.D221)
Ok so... that's on me. I didn't read the specs, I thought it was a cool little pocket knife. It's not, it's an awesome BIG pocket knife. Sturdy AF as expected from Victorinox. The lock is snappy and solid and the blade doesn't flop around when you release the lock (which is a big highlight for me, I like having to control the blade all the way to close and open). The colours are gorgeous and the box is pretty awesome too. Honestly a highlight in my growing collection.

CRKT Inazuma No Ken (2908)
Solid blade with sturdy construction and great engineering. Smooth deployment and lock-up mechanism. Just wish it had come out of the box with a better honed edge along the whole blade, especially for the price. Front of the blade seems a bit better honed than the back end which snags paper when doing a test cut. Not nearly as sharp as my Benchmade Adamas folder.

Artisan Cutlery Small Shark Camouflage G10 (1707PS-CGF)
It's a bit long as an EDC for me, except I do have a pair of pants where it fits in the fifth packet. Go figure, but that's its' permanent home.
Opens well, closes easily. I'm retired now, so I can't say if it holds up to heavy use, but it does the job for me.

Cold Steel SRK Compact (CS-49LCKD)
For Cold Steel this must be their lowest range of knives.
Nothing AT all like the quality of other Cold Steel.
Everytime you remove it from the sheath, oil drips off it.
Very low quality. The best thing I can say is, at least it's sharp.
Got oil on my boots the first time I took it out of the health.
Not happy. Save your money and by CRKT.
