Ordered online to be delivered to store. Store called me to say it was in. Sent my son in to pick it up since it was a birthday present for him. Clerk gave him a hard time and made him feel like an idiot. Stating they never called. I called the number back who called me to say it was in. They said it was there. Then learned it was sent to Langley instead of Kamloops. Still haven’t received it. Birthday come and gone. Not happy.
