Very good customer service. They telephoned me to confirm a cancellation of an online knife order. I remain a very satisfied customer.

My purchase was an expensive one, 10” Shun blue kritsuke knife. It came chiped on the cutting edge. I was very dissatisfied, however the knife was promptly exchanged for another in a quick and timely manner. Customer service was polite and apologetic resulting in having the knife shipped and exchanged in less than one week. I will be making future purchases with House of Knives

Online catalogue was very easy to navigate and provided great information on each individual knife. Helping me to find the exact knife I wanted.
After purchase the knife, I received an email asking me to confirm my postal code, this gave me a sense of reassurance that I would not be disappointed with the product or the time it took to ship to me.
My overall experience buying from house of knives was easy, enjoyable, and worth it. Will definitely do again
