Not impressed with return policy for online orders, nor the fact nobody called me when item was ready for pick up and I had to call. On pickup, was told they did call but they must have called the wrong number since my phone didn't record a missed call. Also, why didn't they leave a message? Product appears to be fine but now forced to keep it or pay to return.
