I use my Kona Stab Deluxe with the Luna BBS-HD kit Daily for my work commute (year-round) and lots of Adventure riding, exploring and sessioning various trails whenever I can. After more than 2-years of use (& some unfortunate water intrusion - I did say Adventure riding!), my original Luna shark pack was beginning to fail. Fortunately, Luna still offers these regular shark packs, now with a better mount. I did use Luna chat & emails with Luna Support to be sure of the charge port and cell availability before I ordered. Fortunately I had modified my original battery mount for 4 mounting screws, so I was ready to mount the new battery mount with all 4 screws, SOLID! Bike Definitely has way MORE POWER now. So much more power that I got carried away (literally) and had a pretty good high-speed crash on a Very rooted & rutted section of trail with No damage to the bike, only to my aging body (I'm slowly getting back on the bike, and the activity is really helping my swollen bruised thigh). My buddy (who introduced me to Luna) and I have always gotten in some pretty incredible rides in places that we would not have been exploring on our regular mountain bikes. Looking forward to more 30+ mile days again with this new battery (when my leg has healed)!

The Luna Fixed is a beautiful bike and I enjoy riding it. My only issue with the design is with the Bafang motor that should have another bearing on the drive sprocket side because the motor shaft is not perfectly supported and there is slight flexing felt when under load. Mine was shipped with a a rare and difficult to diagnose problem that at first was thought to be the electronic controller but after 3 controller replacements failed to fix it, a new motor and controller finally got the bike operating correctly. I had to do all of the work myself because no bike shops were open due to Coronavirus. But Luna Cycle was responsive and did not hesitate to send the replacement parts. They also reimbursed me for the tools I bought and reduced the price I paid for the bike as compensation for my efforts to fix it. I would buy a bike from Luna Cycle anytime in the future!

Great product - impressed that Luna cycles have put the effort into providing such a niche part. Works perfectly on my electric trike conversion. Speedy shipping USA-AUS

Nice pedals. Was glad they finally made an all black version.

Great chain for my bbshd build. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking, and I ride confident that I'm not going to have chain problems!

your products are great customer service could be a little less condescending and a little more patient help not everyone is a bike expert some of us are still learning

by asking information from Luna Support, it did help me get the right product and build the right way,

My last charger died and I've read great things about Luna. Charger has been working great. The ability to charge battery to 80% is amazing!

Luna the best in every category!

Still building an giant XTC 2 2001 it’s a great Bike to make an e bike out of, Luna is an amazing company everything has been 5 star from the products to shipping and answering questions love these guys can’t go wrong dealing with them

Hands down best motor I've had so far.

Fast and painless experience getting too and purchasing whatever you need. Shipping is little crazy expensive but it's fast.

I bought this as a triangle replacement bag for the one I already have that was showing some fatigue. It is perfect on my bike frame with my triangle battery. I am so glad that you carry and sell it.

Bought this thinking that my stock display had gotten wet and stopped working. It turned out that my battery had an issue with the connector. At first I thought of returning the mighty mini display but ended up mounting it. Very discrete and the voltage info is very accurate and worth the price of admission.

Worked great. Easy to install

fastshippingandgoodcustomerservice.

Perfect charger size and the built in fan is a nice feature

Bought this bike for our teenage son. Surprised at the quality. We like it so much, we're ordering another one for our teenage daughter.

thisi thing is f-ing awesome. It is everything it is claimed to be and then some. I am 62 years old,and was an avid trail rider in Idaho until my body forced me to hang it up. I cant do full rides with my riding buddies anymore, but this bike has given me the fun I was missing out on.I have a small lot in a high density housing area. I have set up a small, but fun track. I have put 120 miles on my sur ron without leaving my house. (without a single complaint from my neighbors)
the price is awesome. the quality is awesome. the performance is awesome, and the fun factor is off the charts. If you are thinking about buying one of these--- DO IT!

Chip and fast . Satisfyed
