Luna got this bike to me within 2 weeks. the fit and finish were outstanding, the power out of the box is unreal. I had to purchase a usb programming cable to adjust the controller and make it street legal for my state, also, but the additional gear sensor, I didn't with mine and had to order it separately and install it myself. it makes a huge difference! I had some questions for luna and they answered promptly and politely. I did a full video review of thew bike here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ydGBLdtRjA

Kit was missing component, otherwise would be 5 stars.

I have 5 electric bikes from Luna,the best are the 2 Sur-Rons

run 1554 miles so far.just had to do a core swap, but that was on me. bbshd is a easy install on the big fat dummy all most like it was made to fit the bike.

It's hands down the best e-bike charger I've had yet. Quieter than other high speed chargers and the ability to manage charge rate and level can add a lot of valuable life to your battery. A+

I have 5 different e bikes, 4 are kits that I’ve built, this is by far the most refined of the stable. Not the fastest(yet) but by far the most reliable...
I was on Endless Sphere reading about SurRon and all impressions were all generally positive so I decided I had to get one.
I messaged Luna Cycle with some questions then I pulled the trigger, within a couple of weeks it arrived at my door.

Tanks for jour sending of Luna Fat Fork and I have go to ride in Copenhagen

My experience with LUNA has been terrific. My Sondors fat bike needed a replacement front fork and LUNA came to the rescue. I was surprised to see the luna lander handle such large tires, 4.9” ! Great fork so far, thanks again LUNA!

So glad I bought this bike, I have four mountain bikes hanging in my garage collecting dust, after turning 60 I needed a little assistance getting back in shape this bike is perfect for that, now I can hold a cadence.

Tools & parts of exceptional quality @ prices that meet or beat China w/o the LONG wait...!!

Great company and product s. Wish it was easier to talk to someone to answer questions. But I understand small business and support it.

No major issues with the install. The most challenging part was being creative with Sharkpack mounting and soldering heavy gauge wires.

Original bike weight was 20.6 lbs. After electrification, it's now a pig at 38.6 lbs. However it's stupid fast. I'm just not used to going fast on this bike that I let off the throttle at 29mph on a flat stretch with no wind. I need a test pilot to push this thing for me and see how fast it really goes.

Luna cycle delivered the goods on time and everything was packaged well and ready to install. Plug and play and fired up the first time.

This is the best controller that I had

My order was fulfilled very quickly and the battery pack appears to work very well. I have been able to reach higher speeds AND achieve a higher range.

Hola equipo LUNA

I have had a great overall experience. Thank you Eric for helping me make a great decision with a trail friendly RTR E-bike.

Great experience with BBHSD and Wolf battery from Luna. Took some work getting myself educated on general bike stuff but was well worth the effort.

Everything perfect, you are doing a great job

1,300 miles later...loving my Luna Cycle BBSHD kit more than ever...been on endless adventures with my girl... attached to a Weehoo brand child recumbent attachment(highly recommended) This photo is from atop Mt Hamilton in CA...our favorite ride!!
