Ordered on Friday evening. In my mailbox on Tuesday. Granted I am in the same city, but even the post office is usually slower than that. Great service.

We're novice and learning our way around these ebikes. I think the customer service could be a little more direct regarding fielding some of our questions and concerns, but I think we will really love these ebikes. It's winter. Haven't really had a chance to ride yet. I'm a bit early on my review, but I have searched high and low looking for the bikes I felt would fit our needs best. These bikes are very light (38 pounds w/ battery). They are very portable (folding). They are powerful (they can take a hill). There are actual reviews that are authentic -- a total different subject on buying ebikes. And I expect they have fabulous range. Although I've not spent time riding, I'll go out on a limb a bit and say I think they are the quality bike we were looking for. Thank you, Luna.

Always a great experience when dealing with luna directly! Fast shipping and tracking information that's actually accurate. Will be ordering again when those supermoto wheels and rims are back in stock.

shipping fast but not having control over what fork you get no body likes, you get what you get attitude is poor so on the other 2 bikes we are going with a different vendor ,

I cancel the order immediately and you totally ignored it. You didn’t even respond to my email. So now I have a part that I can’t use.
