I’ve purchased several items from Luna Cycle now including my Sur Ron X and can’t say enough about this company. They are an OEM and aftermarket parts dealer and typically have what you need in stock to minimize downtime. I highly recommend buying from Luna Cycle!

The shopping itself was great. Putting the bike together was different. No obvious instructions included. the link to the website blog did not take me to what I needed. My wheel does not spin smoothly, and the gears do not shift evenly. I wish that I had picked the bike up in person and checked it out in the parking lot. Having to take the bike to a shop right away is a a bummer

The bike is quite awesome. A manual would be helpful, even an online version. Not an unofficial version. Bike works really great but can’t seem to get the trip odometer to work. Otherwise super good quality and smooth riding. Climbs like a beast.

Hi Luna,
All is good! Thanks to everyone there for an excellent experience purchasing our 2 X2’s!
I’m busy right now assembling them and look forward to our first ride. I have a feeling my X1 will be lonely now!
Thanks again!

Not a good experience, no information upon purchase of when to expect the bike even though it was in stock…bike has a serious issue where the chainring is completely miss aligned with the freewheel…it is in line with the smallest cog and the largest 4-5 cogs are so miss aligned the chain immediately comes off the chainring. The bike was fully assembled except for the handle bars, it’s clear nobody ran the drivetrain thru the gears. Also it says something the big comes with no documentation at all, on assembly, how to the screen, battery charging info etc…nothing even said go look online even though much of this is on the Luna site…I’ve reported the chainring aligned to support…no answer so far…Bike is not usable for MTB’ing without use of those lowest gears!

My second surron, both from Luna… great service and GREAT bike… for the money these things offer just a ridiculous amount of bang for your buck.
