Got a Sur Ron ordered online and picked up at the store.
I asked to be fully charge, because I was riding it back home. It had 75% charge, however they pluged it right away.
Very friendly and helpfull staff.
One thing that it is not mentioned on the web, or I did not see, they will charge you to have the ebike assambled.
Overall good experience, and the Sur Ron was an excellent decision.

Poor customer service. You should hire a CS expert. I was concerned about the delivery and the ca manager and other XS person quickly jumped to blaming and was not helpful in getting it resolved. I was able to work it out with fedex pretty easily luckily.

Bike arrived with a broken pallet. I'm sure was messed up in shipping but bike was in good condition besides a few holes in the box. It's a blast to ride. Disappointed in the peg brackets since one already broke but I'm overall happy with the quality.
