We just returned from a long trip overseas, and my mother-in-law, for whom we purchased the monitoring system, seems very satisfied. She had one false alarm while we were away, but she feels more at-ease with the Medical CareAlert system.

I want to thank one of the people who helped me get my exchange unit for my wife.
I had trouble getting it into the system and I called her a number of times and she said
she was going to come and help me put it in. She went out of way to help me. She did
find out a part of the replacement was bad. She did this on her own time.
