I bought this for my mother in IN, and I live in a different state. My mom has had problems with it, since it was installed. The biggest problem has been repeated problems when she tests the unit(s). She is now on her 2nd unit, since the 1st one broke down. The people who answered her tests seemed uneducated about how to respond. Hope that doesn't happen in real life. For me myself my biggest beef has been their sales of my demographic info. I have received ENDLESS robo calls from Medicare/older citizen health care businesses, and being on the national "DO NOT CALL" list doesn't work. When I try to tell the caller to take my name off the list, I get a foreign person whom I cannot understand!
