HOME Emergency Medical Alert System
On May 7, 2014 around 5 am, got a phone call on my cell phone that woke me up! Seeing an 800 number, I thought that it was an advertiser! But
your operator left a message . The alert tone for a message went off, so I decided to listen and found out that my Mom had pressed the
button for help! I called back got operator (Mike ?), he said that he called the neighbor, no ans., called my sister and then me and EMS was on the
way! I told Mike that I was 30 minutes away. As I was getting dressed Mike called me back to tell me that he had talked to the EMS and that they said
Mom did fall but that she would not be needed to be transported to the hospital. That sure made my drive to her house a lot less stressful ! Unbeknownst
to me, my sister had call Mom and got hold of the EMS too! Got to Mom's home and she was still up watching TV now! She was fine other than a couple
small bruises. I have now put your 800 number in my contacts as Medical Care Alert now, so next time I will know whom is calling!
