don't believe we need it

I am wondering why my father was charged for replacing his calling device. --Your information states that it is water resistant and he mistakenly wore it in the shower once when it stopped working.

At one point I needed to reprogram her second pendant (which we kept hanging next to the shower), and again it was easy to do with the directions I received via email as well as verbally. And when my mother-in-law had to relocate to a motel for a couple of months due to a house fire, again, tech support led me through the process of reprogramming for the hotel phone, which required accessing an outside line before making a call.

My mother-in-law has now moved into a community that has its own system, which necessitated returning her equipment. Again, except for some confusion regarding shipping address, the return process was easy and the staff supported me in tracking the package as well as providing a full refund for charges that occurred right before we returned it.

I highly recommend Medical Care Alert due to its simplicity, flexibility, and the personal support provided by all staff members.

I ordered the Home Alert System for my mother-in-law. I found there was no hard sale, Brandon went over all the systems for right fit for our needs. I order system on Thursday, notified it was shipped on Friday, received on Monday. I verified packing list with my order, read the instruction for install. It is simple as plug and play, made the call to get on line and system check, very professional, very nice dealing with the call center. Start to finish was about 15 minutes. Ensure you get All the paperwork back with medical issues, medicines, where is the lockbox? Lockbox is a good idea, easy access for medical or fire department, remember, it is an emergency, time makes the difference, that is why you want Medical Care Alert! Dealng with this company is a pleasure, look at it this way, IF Mother-in-law is HAPPY, everyone is HAPPY, she feels safe having the safety net there 24/7 at a push of a button, that is what count!

We were not happy,mother could not hear the voice from the next room,we reordered the next unit,wish this would have been covered before we ordered? If she fell in her bathroom,no one would hear her!
