I have had the system for a couple of years and have not had any problems. It so far works like it suppose to. Have, with out my knowledge, press the button and got what I think is a quick response from the monitoring center.

You brought it to my attention that I needed a new unit & promptly sent it, for which I am grateful. Only complaint: I had crafted a nicer strap so hated to switch buttons, but that is small stuff!

They have good customer service and their equipment works well. They respond very promptly if there are any questions. They have a customer support line that I call. The instructions for setting up the device was also very easy to understand.

The CSD person couldn't have been more helpful during the purchasing phase of the system. All questions were answered in a clear and concise manner, very professional demeanor.

The setup and testing of the system went flawlessly. The range of the button is such that it fits our home/garage layout perfectly.

The ordering process was very easy. The unit did not however arrive in a timely manner. Granted it was the holiday season, but do not promise something you cannot deliver. On arrival of the unit installation was effort less. Performing the “test phase” was not as effortless. When I called to advise the unit should be put in test mode, as per the instructions, my account could not be found. When I gave the account code I was told a customer service representative would have to call back. A half hour later, the representative called back, somebody forgot to activate the account. Not a very reassuring thing to somebody that may have to rely on this unit to save a life! The system test well and no further problems have been found. Would I suggest this company and equipment to other? Yes and have done so already. this should be a 3.5 rating but it is not available

My mother is older and sometimes falls and can't get up. Since I have to work and can't be with her all the time we got her this in case of an emergency.

That day she fell in the bathroom. She pressed the button to alert the service that she need assistance. The only problem was with the door closed they couldn't hear her. As per protocole the contacted emergency services and gave them the code to the lock box on the front door. Then they went down the emergency contact list till the got me and told me she had activated the signal. I left work and went home. The contacted me one more time while I was on the road to let me know they had arrived at the house. By the time I got home 20 minutes after initial contact the amubulence was just about to leave. She was okay, just pretty black and blue.

It is a relief to know she had the assistance when she needed it otherwise she would have been sitting on the floor for another 2 1/2 hours and I would still have had to call 911 to get her up.

The first box didn't work, they could not hear my mother when she spoke. Second box appears to be working correctly.

purchased this service for 91 year old mother and step father. was to take it to them for Christmas gift so it was to be shipped to me in 2-4 days. It never arrived but instead only paperwork was received by my mother with copy of statement. Was promised two bracelet, two necklaces and two clips. A second delivery was sent and arrived at my house with two bracelets and one necklace only. It took two weeks to be delivered to me. Support to hook up was good.
