Excellent care interns of quick phone responses. Fortunately I didn’t need an emergency alert. I wished that the pendant was smaller. If it had been, I would have worn it all the time. Instead, I constantly wore the Bedside Buddy. Its range did not extend very far in my house, rendering it almost useless, but also the Buddy’s cloth band broke twice. Thank you for your service.

It seems to be working well, just wish it was a little lighter weight. The original lanyard opened twice by itself and you sent me a areplacement which is working but I don’t have full confidence that it won’t open by itself again, especially when I am away from home.

I was a little disappointed to find that the communication is through the base station only and not the pendant. Mom is hard of hearing so when in another room it concerns me a bit. also, I was told the kit would include pendant and wrist buttons but only the pendant was included.

The staff that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the shipping department was less than accurate causing the Post Office to return the unit as not deliverable. Once the error was corrected, the company overnighted the unit to my father. The set-up procedure was easy to follow especially with the link to the video provided to us via email.
