The product was never used. My dad is not ready to go there yet. My experience with the person Debbie and the other person who work's with her, I am sorry I didn't get her name, were exceptional. They answered all my questions and they also answered the phone! I would definitely recommend your company. When my dad is ready I'll be back.

To sensitive. Also, if the alarm is sounded by accident, you can not make a phone call out to cancel the alert. It takes over your phone.

We're sorry you found the fall detection pendant too sensitive, but that is what it is designed for...to detect a fall and place a call to our emergency response center if you are unable to. Most folks will wear the fall detection pendant under their clothing to keep it close to the body and reduce movements. The call can be canceled by pressing the black "reset" button on the back of the console. If the call is in process, the device seizes the phone line so that the call isn't interrupted while you're in contact with our emergency response center. My experience was good but not extraordinary. If I had a complaint, it would be how long it took to receive the partial refund (nearly 60 days from the notification date). Still, I appreciate that there was a refund. I didn't think to ask for that, as I made the notification the day after my mother died. The refund took my experience from a 3-star to a 4-star review (and my likely recommendation from a 7 to a 9).

I already answered you. I told you I do not like the cord...too heavy and thick. I do not like the weight of the pendant. It is so different than the last one I had from another company. Yours is always in the way. I may change again.
