We purchased this system for my now 96 year old mother. She never wanted to wear the pendant & was annoyed by it. She liked previous system that had a wrist band for the alert. Over the past couple of years she has not been using it much. My brother is now living with her & she almost never gets out. I thought it wss a good system.

one thing I feel should be changed is to have the pacemaker notice more visible as at very start of your presentation. Then one could call Dr. and see if alright before going any further.
