I was pleased I could come to your Livonia office and spend time with Cameron Stapp to decide which Medical Alert was best for me. Also I spoke with Lisa on the phone who was very helpful too. I am pleased with the Medical Alert and the modern technology to keep me safe on the go and in my home. I read all the instructions and got questions answered by customer service. Cameron filled out
