i really like the cmx, though if i had my druthers, it would even be more powerful for even deeper massage. also, iâm finding that the intensity dial on the cmx does not move nearly as easily as it did on the generation 2. i could just slide the side of my thumb on the genration 2 because it had an external ring, whereâs the cmx requires a thumb and finger to turn. this is not nearly as efficient. is it possible mine is just too tight or is this a flaw in the design.

I have ordered 3 of the Purewaves and live them no problems, however this ordered I needed 3 accessory heads. The 1st package came , wrong order, customer service was great, quickly received replacement... just arrived, still not correct, will try again. There is a serious gap in communication between customer service and warehouse.
