As far as my online experience with PADO was great. The product itself I did receive it the other day, but it is a gift for my daughter so I can't answer that part of it yet.

I love this massager. However we've had one before. Got it 5 or 6 yrs ago as a gift.
The only problem we ever had with it was it stopped keeping a charge.
So we got another. The box says it will stay charged for up to 120 minutes. But we only got 60 minutes out of the new one last night. Like I said, we love this massager. We just need to know why it won't hold a charge. Thanks.

I've been using my PADO Purewave regularly before I go to bed. It's just great. I've been working from home and my wrist tendonitis has been acting up. One night I woke up in terrible pain, I grabbed my Purewave massager and used the micro vibration end on my wrists and hands and received immediate relief. I was finally able to go back to sleep. I love the Purewave.
