I actually mailed back the machine. The lowest setting was actually too high and it hurt me. I thought I was being a wimp but even my husband thought the lowest setting was too high. We couldn’t enjoy the massager at all because it hurt. If you need a whole lot of pressure then maybe this will work well for you but we need a massager with lower settings that will help and not hurt us. I’m still waiting on my refund. I mailed back the package over 1 month ago but no refund as of yet!

Gen II is far and away better than Gen I.

When I first ordered a PADO massager, I later found an upgraded model on their website...I contacted customer service, was quickly emailed a return label, and I placed an order for the Gen II....it arrived within days. I am extremely pleased with the new massager with the great selection of massage fittings.

I have a chronic illness that causes a lot, actually a ton of of spasticity and stiffness and the Purewave massager has helped immensely. The Purewave is light and I can reach every muscle, even my back on my own. I researched a lot of massagers and the Purewave always came out on top. I would recommend the Purewave massager to anyone needing to self-heal their bodies. Shipping was extremely fast an was tracked right to my door. Thank you Purewave for making.a great product. This was my best shopping experience.I was looking so many massagers and got confused with the claims of the sellers. Finally I decided to buy PUREWAVE GEN II advanced Precussion and Vibration massager. They delivered in less than 72 hours. Best massager I have ever owned! In is so beautifully designed, strong, sterdy and smooth in touch and handle! My muscles in my left shoulderand neck were so tight that it was painful during the day and at sleep time. Just one use of the Gen II with the stainelss applicator tip made me feel so much relaxed and better. . Repeated treatments keep my muscles loose and pain free. My wife also used this massager for her hip inflammation and found it helpful. I would love had they provided a user manual with pictures of all applicators and which part of the body they work best. I will give 5 star and definitely recommend PADO Appliance to my friends!

I’ve only had my Pado a couple of weeks and so far I love it. I also love all the wonderful videos to help me with my journey to a healthier pain free lifestyle. I suffer from sciatic and the GenII along with the stretches have already significantly reduced my pain. I gave four stars because I don’t feel I’ve had the device long enough to make a full decision. Also I ordered my device on a Thursday and received it on Saturday just two days later. Fantastic! Thank you. So far I do belythis is the best massager I have ever used.

I love the massager. It has a great range from slow to fast. The two tips are great. I use the small tips to massage my face when I get a sinus headache. I have very tight muscles all over and the large end helps to alleviate some pain. I even use it at night when my muscle pain wakes me up. I gave a 4 rating because the charger stopped working after one use. It wouldn't plug in to the massager. I emailed the company and they sent a new one out immediately. Great service!
