I love the product and have used it daily since I received it. Customer support was awesome when I had not received the product after it was shown as out for delivery for five days straight. They shipped a replacement and of course the original was delivered the next day. Will need to figure out how to return the second product when it’s delivered.

USPS lost a replacement cord for my massager. PADO tried to help me find it. When it could not be found, you sent me still another one. It came when you said it would. You went out of your way to be patient and responsive.

I never received it ! I waited more than 2 weeks with nothing but excuses and emailing me the same tracking number 10 times. They offered to send me a replacement since the first one never arrived after waiting 15 days. I waited another 5 days for the replacement to arrive. On the 5th day , I asked for the new tracking number, and was told they are not shipping a replacement and I need to continue to wait for the original shipment. This is after I notified them thatI initiated a case with the USPS too find the package and that I was told the package is lost in the postal system somewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I'll update when I see how easily I get my refund.
