I made this purchase because this is the massager my massage therapist uses on me. I started having issues with my lower left backside and after talking with a friend I purchased another massager with 2 prongs that thumps back and forth, I didn't get the cheap model. After comparing the 2 massagers, I continually use the Purewave model, it has help me immensely. It also helps with blood circulation. Customer service is great and stands behind their product.

I researched hand massagers and this one looked the best. I'm NOT disappointed.
My husband loves it! It works deep in the tissue and breaks down scar tissue.
Thanks for a great product. Brought it to work and now my coworkers are ordering one.

So far I’m very happy with the unit! It’s very hand for reaching those tough spots on the back. I haven’t had it long enough to determine battery life.
Good product at a reasonable price

I received my Pure Wave massager in two days! I am soooo happy with it. I had many soreness issues recovering from 2 broken feet over the past year that caused me to walk poorly. That caused me to have sever back and let pains from walking weird. I had been going to a chiropractor and it helped a lot but not completely. The Pure Wave has saved the day. !

I love this massager and all the different parts that come with it. Being a former massage therapist, I've had many massagers over the years and this is the strongest I've been able to find.

I ordered a week ago. The site said 1-3 day free shipping. Received an email saying it was being shipped and gave me a tracking number. Still nothing there when I check. I’m so disappointed. I can’t even give a review on the product because it’s never come.

The Gen II is WONDERFUL. I've loved my previous model, and this is a giant leap forward. It's worth every penny. I haven't had time to put it through all its paces, but am looking forward to that. I'm particularly enamored of the curved (satellite dish shaped) accessory, which I never had for my old model. I only discovered this new model while looking at the website to buy a replacement accessory. I believed what you wrote about the Gen II, and bought it immediately. Please thank your engineers for me! (I have had a variety of muscle relaxing vibrators over the years, due to chronic muscle tension. This is the absolute winner in the reasonably priced category.)
