I like this massage tool a lot. I tried the Theragun and it was too harsh and painful while this tool allows you to adjust the intensity. The multiple heads are awesome, and our animals like the brush one that I think is for the scalp.

I am still waiting to hear from customer service. I purchased the GEN II and the CM5. they both have issues.

Love the variety of attachments and the fact that I can reach just about any achy muscle without help. Although a bit heavy for me with my arthritis, the tapered handle is great for smaller hands. Overall very satisfied in the quality and performance of this massager.

The purchasing experience was easy. Getting my questions answered not so much. I sent in questions about why the instruction manual describes the warranty is being one year limited when the website says it's 2 years and which is correct has yet to be answered the same with my question about whether or not the batteries on the massager can be replaced. I've been waiting for an answer over 4 days. This is a great change from 4 years ago when I bought my first pado. Customer support was easy to access by phone and they were very helpful. Without clarification about the length of the warranty I will have to return my new pado massager which is a shame because I really enjoyed my old one.

The point tip cannot be used on skin without a towel or something as it causes skin to rip open and scar. You should have something to put on it so it does not tear open your skin.

i did not purchase at this time. The product was replaced and as of lastnight it is doing the same thing the other massager did. i do not use this item regularly and am very careful as to how i charge it. While using it, it is shutting off and with the green light on the red light is blinking...So although customer service was great in the exchange, this massager didnt even get 2 weeks of actual use. This is the same issue with the other massager.

Easy to use at home hand held massage device. The only down side is that the battery inside the unit is not replaceable. I purchased the first one about one and a half year ago and used it whenever needed until the battery died. Now, I got my second unit of the same model; however, it came with different heads of massage. Hopefully, this one will last for longer.
