We received a defective item the first time but it was no problem sending it back and receiving a new one. We love it

Prado backs up what they advertise, especially on the warranty of their products! Had an issue with the PureWave CM05 Massager we purchased last year and customer service sent a replacement, as well as a return label to send the damaged one back. We've really enjoyed using the PureWave Massager, as it really works on easing muscle aches and pain.
