Pado does not have a good customer service format. We returned the item we purchased using the online return method. I printed the labels as directed, placed in the original packing and put in a FedEx pickup. I checked the tracing number on the return label and FedEx states it is not a valid number. I have called and left two messages, emailed several times but still am waiting on an answer from Pado. I now have to pay for a product that I have returned with no clear solution to my problem. I would not recommend ordering from Pado. The customer service is terrible.

The Gen II was better than I could have hope for.
Easy to use, ao, so much power. The max I had it up to was 50% on certain body areas. I'm 70 years old and I was experiencing knocks in my inner thighs I'm do for a hip replacement,Until that happens in a couple of months, I use the GenII to work the muscles right above my hip, to get blood flowing and to relax this musle area. With the bum hip, this muscle group is what's supporting the hip.In both cases the muscles loosed after the first use.
Also is perfect for and over-all massage. You will not regret purchasing this product

Purewave viberator did not work when first removed from box. Plug for electrical outlet stays lit but charging light on viberator stays on for about 10 seconds. I am unable to use viberator and purewave are impossible to comunicate with. Total disappoint.

Good company and quality products less expensive than other options on the market. My first purchase was several years ago, and after the warranty expired, it failed to work. I actually still have it,...not sure if it can be refurbished or where to send it. I then purchased the kneading back pillow to replace it, but wish it was battery operated so I could take it everywhere I needed it, and downside is the massage rollers actually bruise my back but do help my pain levels. That being said I then bought the new Gen II model because it is portable (once charged), and because it was offered with a Father's day discount. I would recommend the GEN II to anyone who is dealing with pain.
