I purchased a GEN II massager, but they sent me a CM-07 instead (with GEN II on the shipping form), and PADO isn’t responding to me. It’s very, very frustrating.

You hear a lot of people say nice things about companies and you think… they gotta work there. Well I’m a delivery driver that works in PA. Let me tell you when I say this… I 100% mean this. This company has went waaaayyy above and beyond for me! I’ve had a few issues that they could’ve totally told me to kick bricks. Instead they immediately helped me resolve my issues. When I say immediately I mean days!! Not weeks… not months…. DAYS!!! The crazy part… that’s just on the service end! THE MASSAGER IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ON THE MARKET!!!! I’ve bought em all. And I’ve tossed em all in the trash EXCEPT for the PureWave! I seriously can’t stop cheerleading for this product!! To the staff… Thank you!!! You guys rule!!!

I love my Pado hand health massager and it is better than I expected! I suffer with chronic pain for example one of my hands today is in a good deal of pain and I was able to select the attachment that worked to help ease the pain. So glad that I made this purchase!

The Pado was recommended by a friend who is a physical therapist since I am an active person with occasional muscle strains. The Pado coupled with AboveWater.co Tidal Balm dramatically reduces recovery time and keeps me moving comfortably. I also use the Pado before and after workouts daily. I have purchased several so there is one where I need it and have given several as gifts.

Great massager, I purchased based off of a recommendation from a friend that has sciatica and back issues like myself.
it gets that deep penetration thats needed for my back pain, I use it two, some times 3 times a day and it helps.
I would highly recommend it to any one, this is a nice unit. five stars.

Wonderful! I love the long handle and numerous settings and attachments. You can get to any spot with light to powerful massage. Ordered another one for my husband so there is no waiting! Thank you, Pado.
