Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with my pure wave massager that I purchased in September 2020. I contacted them and they replaced it very quickly. Made the return of the faulty one easy too! Thank you Pado.

Overall my experience w/ pado has been a pleasant one. I purchased my Massager about 5 months back and had an issue with the unit’s percussion. I emailed pado about my issue and they quickly shipped me a replacement unit.

Great product and reasonable price point. Enjoy that I can do my own back and calves. Wish I’d priced one earlier.

It’s a bit bulky and heavy. I have used it several times on my trouble spots and have not noticed a huge difference other than being a bit sore from the massager.
