I love my PUREWAVE GEN II. It is reasonably light and the pulse is strong enough to be useful. The delivery was very quick in this time of COVID. My only complaint is that I didn’t get a reply to my email complaining of a missing air cushion tip attachment and since sending that email the main pulse head came apart.

i am very pleased with my new massager. one complaint is that that no instructions were included. i turned to your website. that was very helpful, but nowhere did it say how to turn it off. I sent an email and received a timely answer. hold the button in. i pushed it but didnt think to hold it. problem solved.
