Helped with sciatica and pulled leg muscle. I have had a neck fusion 2-6 and soft tip use on neck helps with more movement .I had an older model upgraded to the New GENll Much more power and improved.

Aloha Pado,
Your product is a healing product that provides me relief from my nerve pain in my leg and foot, so it is important that I have it available. My battery was not charging properly and could not hold a complete charge, so I called your customer service to find out what I should do. Your representative was so nice and said not to worry your warranty is still active and we will ship a replacement out to you immediately. Amazing service is what I am sharing with others that are in need of a healing tool like your Pure Wave.
God Bless

This is an amazing tool. My husband and I love all of the different attachments. We both have bad backs and shoulders. I love the helpful emails as well explaining how to use it for daily to help with your daily activities.

The appliance stopped working the second time I used it while trying to massage my shoulder blades. The motor .akes the same sound , but there is no massage. I put in a ticket about a month and haven't heard back. This equipment is too expensive for it to stop working so quickly and no customer service.
