Love the product and had a few questions before I order more for family/friends. Customer service is VERY slow. There is no person to talk to when I call their number - asked to leave a message. I left a message 10 days ago and still no response. Sent an email with my inquiry and that was over one week ago. This was a time sensitive question since I wanted to order one as a gift. Delivery is quick and efficient and the product itself is great. Customer service is sadly lacking.

This is the best product I've ever purchased. I have several clients who have bought them as well. I had to return one, and the customer service was impeccable.

I received someone else’s order. I couldn’t get anyone to answer me until I complained on Facebook. I ordered because the one I bought a few years ago quit abs I’m a runner and depend on it. So I’ve been without now for several weeks because I got the wrong order and it’s taking twice as long to replace the wrong one. No one has offered to make this right or answer my emails.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item. I have sciatica, and I used it 2 days as directed and my pain lessened greatly!! Worth every penny!! Shipping was in a timely manner, I think about a week or so. I would buy another one if I needed it!!
