These Weights are so Awesome ...I've never seen Anything like them in all my Pistols...!! Who Ever Thought & Designed these weights was a Genius !! The Steyr Pistols (I Have the C9 & C40-A1) Never had that much muzzle Flip any way ( if you Grip the pistol correctly anyway) ! At first, I was skeptical about this product since the Steyr is already a great and flat shooting gun. After taking a chance on the weight, I have to say I've noticed a difference. If you enjoy lever guns, then this just made it a whole lot better. You no longer have to fight the gate every time you want to load ammunition. This reduced the tension on gate by at least 50% and made the ammo feel like it's gliding into the tube instead of that scraping feeling that you get with a factory gate setup.

The RPP extractor clearly solved the feeding hitch caused by the bobby-pin extractor problem. Including the punch (and online video) with the new part is an excellent idea. I created a punch block from a piece of 2 x3 (cut a groove, drilled a pin hole). Three raps with a light ball peen hammer and done. The RPP extractor has a stability that cannot be achieved with the original extractor. Absolutely Satisfied...

I love this medium loop. My 1894 marlin came with that really skinny cowboy style loop. I have large hands, and even without gloves the factory loop was too small. The new loop is the perfect size to accommodate my big hands, even with heavy gloves. I think it looks really great on the gun too. After shopping around, I found that this is about the least expensive of all similar products I could find online. I can’t speak to ease of installation. My gunsmith did mine while he was doing some action smoothing and trigger adjustments. Overall very happy.

I found Ranger Point Precision bopping' around on the Internet. I ordered one of their Large Loop levers, a self cleaning follower, a loading gate, and one of their extractors. All the parts went together easily, (I'm no gunsmith). I found the extractor to be the most "challenging"...LoL Don't try to take it out of the keeper straw, just line it up to the hole in the bolt, use an appropriate sized "pusher", and shove it in. Spring doesn't launch that way. I also have a Beartooth Mercantile cross bolt safety delete, and a set of Williams Fire Sights.

I put red loctite on the screw to hold the spring in. I haven't had any problems. The gun cycles just fine, I don't notice any added weight. These Styer pistols feel very well weight balanced; adding accessories doesn't seem to change that. Getting the spring onto the guide rod was a pain in the butt. I could see using a wrench to force the spring down, then screwing in the main screw to be the easy way to get the job done. Long story short, it works and it's quality made.
