The perfect solution to faulty design & manufacturing of the 1894 Marlin. I only had to radius the bottom of the extractor slightly to keep from shaving a tiny bit of brass and causing a "catch" on pickup. Runs jet smooth now and no cartridge is left behind.

Very well made piece of equipment. I used this to replace the metal follower in my Marlin 336 30-30. It is made exactly like the stock metal one it replaced except it is much lighter, much slicker, and of course has the cleaning grooves. Shipping was very fast and FREE! It has made some improvement loading my 336, but certainly does not work like the Youtube video showed. I don't blame your product, I blame Marlin. I was going to use it for Hog hunting, but I don't trust the rifle, FTF. I will stick with my AR-15 and Hog Hammer ammo.

Just received the straight stock medium loop lever for my Marlin 1895G, along with the plunger kit and shim package. The installation was a breeze! The action operated very smoothly but I still found I could just slide one of the shims in, which made it better yet. The fit, finish and color match is excellent. The medium loop is a good fit for my large hands with the wool gloves I normally wear under my heavy mittens. Great product!

Received my RPP clover peep sight ... Fancy packaging, beautiful machining and bluing, lower height of peep compared to Skinner and my 72 Octagon looks good in her clover. I am missing the elevation screw, hopefully the guys from RPP will send me a replacement or two in the mail asap. Looks like the folks @RPP have another winner!

I've been looking for a peep sight for my Marlin. Was about to drop money on a Skinner Alaskan when I saw this. The clincher was not having to replace the front sight. Looks great, easy to adjust and very well made. You will have to remove the factory rear sight, so go ahead and get the rear sight dovetail filler.
Also, if you're buying for a Marlin, plunk down a few more bucks for the Flyweight Loading Gate, it's a must-have for every Marlin lever gun!

I always knew the loading gates on Marlin lever guns were tough. My 336 is bad, but my 1894 is truly horrendous! I thought they were the price you paid to run an otherwise wonderful gun. I bought the Ranger Point Flyweight and installed it myself. Easy job, especially after watching the video on the website. The change is amazing! If you own a Marlin lever gun, you owe it to yourself to get this and install it yourself.

Replaced the original Marlin lever with your large loop. The action was much smoother but the lever latch required some careful file work for good operation. Also installed your mag tube follower. Everything works fine. This is a new Marlin that I put a antique finish on. Came out great.
