Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
Just installed this in the truck. It was pretty easy to work with even given the density. I already notice a difference in noise transfer from exterior sources into the cab. Easy to cut with a good utility knife. I had to use a bunch of this company’s double sided tape to hold it to the back wall because it is heavy.

Fantastic Frame™ Soundproof Window Inserts
The customer service at second skin audio is top notch. The shipping time was long, about two months, but I did order right before the holidays. The frames were packed and shipped very securely. Eric was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. I have an apartment right next to a major roadway and the road noise reduction is noticeable after installing the fantastic frames but the level of reduction is a bit dissapointing. It didnt make much of a difference for mufflers or low frequency engine noises. Part of it might be poor insulation in the exterior walls.

Heat Wave Pro™ - Jute Insulation
The insulation in my engine compartment had fallen out (or been torn out) long before I got my 06 Ram. The passenger compartment would get very hot and was noisier than it should have been with the engine running. This insulation not only makes it look complete once again but also helps dampen the sound and insulates well. It wasn’t too hard to install but I suggest a good utility knife. Also it helps to put a few self tapping screws in it to assist the double sided tape in holding it in place.

Got a 500 pack initially and needed another 100 to finish the basement project (ceiling)… shipping and installation were both quick and easy!

The Stomp Mat™ - Rubber Floor Isolation Pad
Second Skin was great to work with! They were very responsive to questions I had before placing my order and another question I had after receiving my order. I used the stomp mat as floor protection under my new treadmill with a felt rug pad underneath, and it works great!

Radiant Shield™ - Reinforced Foil Heat Shield
I’ve been cutting the radiant heat, shield into strips and using it to fasten the mega block panels together. It gives a very consistent professional look. It can be used to reinforce the edges to make them sharp and clean.

WOW, that is a wonderful trick to use the radiant shield for. Thanks for the great picture.

OverKill™ Closed Cell Foam - 1/8"
I've used different types of sound deadening materials for car audio and the Damplifier Pro has been nice to work with. It cuts cleanly and bends and molds very well to the surfaces you're working with. I also highly recommend the Overkill Closed Cell Foam, that stuff molds amazingly in tight spaces

Sound Lock™ Adjustable Door Seal Kit
Jamb pieces very scratched.. they weren’t wrapped in protective bag. I’ll try to fix them locally before installing.

Hi Marc,
We're sorry to hear about the scratches on the metal casing! Based on your description of no protective bag, it sounds like customs may have inspected the package as it crossed the border to Canada. We've left you a voicemail and sent an email to try and help. Please call us back or reply at your earliest convenience so we can replace any damaged pieces.
Thanks!

Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
Installed Luxury Liner Pro on the 4 doors of a Subaru Crosstrek. There is a noticeable reduction in roadnoise in combination with Spectrum in the wheel wells and spare tire area. LLP is easy to work with and the Dual Lock tape is a dream for removing and repositioning panels.

Super W Rubber Sound Isolation Pads
I installed the pads under my washing machine to reduce bouncing during the spin cycle. They worked great. While they didn't completely eliminate the bouncing, they did reduce the bounce significantly. Would highly recommend.

3M™ Thinsulate™ Acoustic Insulation SM400L
I haven't completely installed all of my insulation just yet and I decided to take it out for a trail run. All I can say is that it made a huge difference in my astro van conversion and I only have the sm400l instead of the sm600l that everyone told me to get. 10000000% recommend it. And the guys at second skin took care of all my needs and questions.

Spectrum™ Sludge Deadener
Once I cleaned all the car floor, I took an old brush, started mixing spectrum with the activator, and could not stop spreading the sludge around, it is that easy... vibrations and noise were greatly reduced.
