However, it has been very difficult to find my application ID on the website! This ID could appear somewhere more clearly.
Also not easy to understand how not to pay with PayPal. Would be perfect that when you click on "pay", you'd just have two clear options: PayPal OR bank money transfer. Then, if you click on transfer, you have all the information available.
However, I would recommend Volonteer World to my friends. Thank you all for your patience and your kindness

Thanks to your website, I will volunteer in China next year. I love how easy to use your website is, all the categories, how the lodgings, food and stuff are put forward. The information is clear and covers everything. I also like the new feature to "like" some opportunities, so I don't need to save them all in my favorites on my computer. If there is one thing I'd like to see is maybe to "order" the results, as in be able to put them from cheapest to most expensive, for example.

Using volunteer world to find a suitable project was really easy and I think it is great for planning your volunteer time. The only negative aspect was, that I chose a project once, but it disappeared shortly before I could apply. I know this isn't the fault of volunteer world, but it would be nice if there was some rating on how likely the Project is to continue.

The feedback was rather slow, straightforward and not very helpful.
When a potential volunteer asks a question and your answer is "contact the program coordinator" it doesn't sound very helpful...the option "help/ask questions" its there on your site because we don't think it is necessary on an early stage to contact any program coordinator.
