Lovely dealing with HLC. it’s possible that adding a last minute item to the order threw things out time-wise, but the overall experience was terrific and I will happily recommend I haven’t yet received the shipment as it is at the consolidator waiting for onward shipment. Very much looking forward to seeing it.

The overall experience was very good. The only issue was the time it took to get color match samples. Also, our customer service rep was out of the office for two weeks and no progress was made during this time.
