From ordering my island with a cutout, to approving the dimensions, to delivery, the whole process was seamless. The countertop was packaged very well and arrived with no defects. 90% of my materials for a kitchen and primary bath remodel came from a local building supply company. But, when I saw the quote for a butcher block countertop, my jaw hit the floor. I was a bit uneasy about ordering a custom product of this cost online sight unseen. All told, the product came exactly as advertised and specified even more handsome than I thought it would be--all while considerably matching the price of the local building supply. The product shipped within the window anticipated and the freight delivery company that was chosen was outstanding, as well. Should I ever have a need that Hardwood Lumber Co can satisfy, they will be at the top of my list to check!

I had a great experience with your company. The online ordering was easy to follow. Start to finish it was almost a month before I received my order. I was a little worried I wouldn’t get my order on time for my cabinet installer, but once I received the first drawing after a couple weeks it went quickly. The maple was beautiful!

I am so glad I found Hardwood Lumber Company!!!!
