I ordered 4 floating wooden shelves (total about $2,000) and they arrived with no problem, but it took 4 weeks from the initial order. Unfortunately the metal frame that support the shelves is stuck inside the shelves, and I couldn’t find an easy way to get it out without damaging (slightly) the wood around to create a lever. And no screws came with it.

We previously purchased our walnut island countertop from Hardwood Lumber and were so thrilled with it we came back for this steamed walnut dining tabletop. Everyone I interacted with was professional and respectful. All my questions on delivery were answered in a timely manner. I ordered 3 samples of hardwood white oak flooring with the Rubio Monocoat for $20 each. I was quite disappointed in the size of the sample - very, very small. Main thing is the countertop is beautiful! Perfect finish, perfect bevel on edges. A pleasure to see in our kitchen. All questions answered in advance (I asked a lot), and what came is exactly right..to the quarter inch. Delivery was a week late, which is okay but no notice of this came to me until I asked what was up. Still, really happy with the process and product. Thanks!

Very good experience. However, It was unclear whether I could custom order a cutting board longer than 24”. On the phone, a customer service rep indicated that I could, but when later making my order on your website It did not seem possible. Ultimately, I chose to order one 18 x 24, or I would have called again. No big deal. I’m looking forward to receiving the cutting board. Thank you.

Thank you for your review! To clarify the largest we make a cutting board is 24'' but you can order it larger than that as a custom order but it would then have to be installed.
