An extremely nice table-top that I have built into a desk (with the help of a base from Ikea). The bullnose edge is excellent, and helps to reduce hand pressure when typing. It was easy to order, and it was amazing that there were lots of customizations that could be requested with pull-down menus. Customer service very kindly reached out to ask if I wanted bullnose edge on all four sides (yes, since the order was for a desk, rather than a countertop). A great experience, and I expect I will make follow-on orders!

Everything was packaged very well! Very quick turnaround from order to delivery. There were about four pieces that were oversized from the dimensions that I ordered. Three were a 1/16th long and one was an 1/8th of an inch long. But I would for sure rather have them a little bit longer than to short, Little trimming and everything was great!

I needed a small section of backsplash to try to match two older sections from another manufacturer. I researched and ordered from Hardwood. I was very happy with the result. It does not match perfectly but it is very close.

I am not satisfied with my recent call with your customer service. I called your customer service on November 4, 2024 to inquire about my order that was placed on October 11, 2024. I spoke with a representative, who told me the person working on finishing products was running behind in completing work. The representative assured me that she would speak to the person working on my project to find out why there was a delay. She asked me if I would like to be reached by phone or email and I told her by email. She assured me that I would have a reply by email by the end of the day on November 4th. I have not received an email. My status update on your website shows a atatus of nearing completion since October 24th. If I had known this order would have taken over a month, I would have went with another option. I am truly disappointed!

Timeline was opaque and I wished the follow up email after the order had the actual order summarized.
Packaging was solid, I do want them to find an alternative for the styrofoam corners & edges. There are so many other options out there now. For these last two reasons, 4stars.
