My order shipped late. The shipping was delayed 3 days- was supposed to have been delivered today by 3:30. It's not 6:15 and no delivery yet!!! This was needed to complete a project in time for Christmas, which now will NOT happen! It was a simple order, an unfinished shelf that has now taken over a month! I have large custom oak butcher block tabletop to do and was going to consider this company, but will not do so now. Lot's of email updates, but there didn't seem to be any follow through!

We ordered 6 pieces of maple butcher block with cherry stripes and cherry backsplash for a kitchen remodel. The order was delayed a few times due to defects identified during production but ultimately the product delivered was excellent. The personnel are very conscientious and customer focused. Highly recommend, just leave adequate lead time.

Service was great and so was the time it took to get the Step Tread. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is I couldn't track it because you require me to download an app, then give the app a bunch of permissions that were really unnecessary. Use regular tracking like everyone else
