Fulfilling the order was very slow. And the engraving was placed at the wrong place on the cutting board. I had to call a couple times to get the order shipped and was never asked about location of engraving.

Very good order system platform that facilitated planning and costing stair project. Lead time for processing and deliver of custom 3/4” thick, multi-length red-oak treads was only 18 days for our order. Quality of the stair treads was also very good. I ordered a circular piece of hardwood, on which I intend to paint a labyrinth, coat with a clear exterior coating, and attach to the top of a tree stump in our backyard. I didn't want all the cheap pine circular wood I could have purchased elsewhere. The wood came out perfect, and hopefully my idea will work!
