We received our maple butcher block countertops yesterday. 29 days from order confirmation to my doorstep. They are perfect! Maria was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. She made sure our order was correct to the last detail. They even shipped the piece from the sink cutout and end cuts from the corner angles. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The whole experience was great. From the idea of putting a cutting board on the top of our wine rack, to creating the piece from dimensions, details, etc, everything was easy. The build and ship time were short, and it arrived yesterday. It looks fantastic and well packed !

I know very little about ordering lumber and was doing this for the first time. I found no other source with such clear information about the product and availability. Ordering was easy and all the details and options were accounted for. The website was clear about all the details, and I did not have to contact anyone for help or questions. The purchase was prepared and shipped in half the estimated time and was very carefully packaged.

Your website offers lots of information and is user friendly. However, I still had some questions and was unsure about options so reached out to customer service. They were very helpful and worked with me to plan and order our project. I was able to upload our rough drawing of the project so we’d all be on same page. Malinda was very helpful and patient throughout the process.

Excellent piece of wood! Nice bumpers installed on bottom of board. The only negative was the mahogany was much better and it looked online - My fault, I should have ordered samples first
